What does this mod do?

A complete rework of the standard skill class from the game, which adds a bit of personality and improves picker interaction.

This mod does:

• Fixes an EA bug that prevented Sims from entering the rabbit hole, ensuring they now attend classes properly. The class duration remains unchanged at 105 minutes.
• You can now only register for the course until 8:00 PM (previously, registration was allowed until 9:00 PM, but the course itself couldn't start after 9:00 PM — so if a Sim registered too close to the deadline, the registration would go through but the interaction would then fail).
• Allows children to attend skill classes (fixes EA oversight), reduces the class price from 250 to 100 simoleons, and gives children, teens, and elders a 50% discount.
• Sims gain an additional skill boost if they attend a class while Focused, Energized, or Inspired, and are also more likely to return in a good mood.
• Improves the skill picker by removing incorrectly displayed horse-related skills and adding clear category icons for easier navigation and selection.

Attention! Skills are sorted by categories at the tag level. Unfortunately, some modders did not provide their skills with the necessary tags. This means some custom skills remain uncategorized and therefore don't appear in the desired category. You'll have to search for them in the "Show All" category.

Translations

Translations are not needed, since the mod does not have its own lines.

Requirements

• Discover University (EP08) is required
• Smart Core Script v. 2.2.0 is required for full functionality
• Make sure that script mods are enabled in your game settings
